3. Return Process

  3. Pack the Product: Securely pack the product in its original packaging, ensuring it is in unused condition.
  4. Return Shipping: We will arrange for a reverse pickup where available. In cases where pickup is not feasible, you may need to ship the product back to us, and we will reimburse reasonable shipping costs upon successful receipt.
  5. Inspection: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. This process may take 3-5 business days.

4. Refunds

  • Refund Eligibility: If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the product.
  • Refund Amount: Refunds will include the product cost, excluding any original shipping charges, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
