  5. Refund Issuance: If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after inspection.

Refund Amount

  • Standard Refunds: Refunds will include the product cost, excluding any original shipping charges, unless the refund is due to a defect or error on our part.
  • Defective or Incorrect Products: For defective or incorrect products reported within 24 hours of delivery, we will issue a full refund, including any applicable shipping costs.
